LevelUpRanking ("LevelUpRanking", "we", "us") provides reputation-management and local-SEO software for home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, business name, email, and phone number you provide when signing up.
• Business data — check-ins, jobs, customer names/phone numbers you import or enter, reviews, photos, and call records used to operate the features you enable.
• Google account data — when you connect a Google Business Profile, we access your business locations, reviews, and the ability to post replies and media, strictly to provide the features you turn on (see below).
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

• To send review-request messages, route reviewers, and manage your reviews.
• To draft and (with your approval) post replies to your reviews.
• To track your local search rankings and generate content for your website.
• To provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Google user data & Limited Use

LevelUpRanking's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We access your Google Business Profile data only to provide user-facing features you have enabled (reading reviews, posting owner-approved replies, and publishing media).
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
• Humans do not read your Google user data except with your consent for support, for security, or to comply with law.

How we share information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, messaging, and payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data security & retention

Connection tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), data is access-controlled per account, and we retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google at any time, opt out of messaging, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us. Customers who receive our messages can reply STOP to opt out.
